Introduction to Managing School Building Compliance
We will outline some of the key areas of legislative and statutory compliance including asbestos management, fire risk, CDM etc and the associated servicing, testing and inspection regimes. We will also highlight some areas that you may never have thought about.
We will move on to illustrate some of the real risks and
issues that you might face in managing your buildings, and challenge the potential for contravention through some of your compliance procedures.
