Smart Procurement Workshops 2019

ESPO, in partnership with ISBL, will be hosting a series of FREE half day procurement workshops aimed at School Business Managers or anyone within schools or academies with procurement responsibilities.

These workshops are practical, easy to understand, and interactive. We use real examples of various procurement activity undertaken by schools, and by delegates getting involved we ensure they are relevant

By the end of the session you will have a better understanding of your procurement responsibilities, the legal requirements around procurement, and the possible impacts of getting it wrong!

What will it involve?

Learn about how procurement can be made easier with the many free to access, compliant PBO frameworks that are already in place for you to use.
Smarter procurement - using frameworks as an integral part of your procurement policy.
Advice and guidance about how to plan and prioritise your procurement around spend levels and procurement thresholds.
