Drawing upon research undertaken as part of his recent book ‘Lessons from Lockdown’, Dr Tony Breslin will be exploring what the educational legacy of COVID-19 may be and the potential that it offers for reframing how we ‘do’ schooling. What can’t we wait to get back to and what can’t we wait to leave behind?
Some of the areas we will be discussing include
Dr Tony Breslin is an independent researcher, school improvement specialist and policy analyst. A teacher by profession, he is a former Chief Examiner at GCSE and Principal Examiner at A Level, although he is best known for his work as CEO at the Citizenship Foundation. He is currently chair at Bushey Primary Education Federation, co-founder of Transform Governance and director at Breslin Public Policy Limited.
This session is aimed at School Leaders and members of School Governing bodies although it may be of interest to anyone working within schools. The session will be recorded and can be shared with members of your team to generate further discussion.
