The Ealing Professional School Business Manager Group

The Ealing Professional School Business Manager Group was established a number of years ago to support the School Business Manager role and continues to grow in members to support schools in Ealing across all phases including maintained, academies and free schools. The priorities of the Group continue to be focused on a range of strategic and operational issues which include  Finance, HR, Facilities Management, GDPR,   Income generation, Procurement,  Marketing and Recruitment and Retention.

The Group meets three times a year for networking opportunities and sharing  of knowledge and information.  There are also smaller sub groups sessions which focus on specific  topics that then  feed  back to the main network each term. We also run an annual Conference and workshops/training programme to support the business manager role to ensure everyone has access to appropriate local accredited and non- accredited training.
