MOL offer a range of Human Resources training solutions to support your staff in developing their skills. Our tutors provide a fresh perspective on Human Resources, and are active practitioners with experience from a variety of organisations, they will challenge your teams to problem solve and think innovatively in the workplace.
Our programmes are developed to give employees skills they can use immediately and implement in their day-to-day work. Who are we?
We are part of the LTE Group – the UK’s largest social enterprise dedicated to education, training and skills with over 4,000 colleagues serving 100,000 learners every year. This includes Total People, one of the largest apprenticeships and work-based training providers in the North West of England, who we work closely with on apprenticeship delivery and standards in areas such as HR, Project Management and Management and Leadership.
