Job Grade: K

Salary: £44,741.00 - £49,452.00

Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (plus attendance at occasional evening meetings in addition to normal hours.)

 Supervisory responsibilities: To be responsible for all support staff e.g. office administration staff, caretakers, ICT staff, technicians, catering staff.

The new post of School Business Manager has been established to lead and develop the school’s support function. The post will have a lead role in the financial management of the school but also develop other areas such a contract procurement and service management to ensure value for money is achieved and the school’s business plan is adhered to.

We are seeking a well-motivated, qualified and experienced person to make a significant contribution to the Senior Leadership Team and lead the support staff.  Candidates are expected to be in sympathy with and to support the ethos of the school.  Safeguarding children is a priority for the school and the successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
