Based in Stevenage with travel to schools throughout Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

Herts for Learning created their Business Management Services in 2014 to ensure each school had access to business acumen and support and develop the careers of business management professionals.  As the team continues to grow, we are looking to recruit a BM Services Manager who will work closely with the Head of BM Services to realise the vision of the team.  This new role suits a business management professional who demonstrates a particular passion for developing a highly effective team and delivering a high quality service to their customers.  Working in our Head office and within schools this role is the opportunity to make a difference to our schools.

As the Business Management Services Manager, you will:

  • be an exemplar practitioner in school business with experience of meeting ‘head on’ the challenges faced by schools and Multi Academy Trusts
  • demonstrate the leadership and passion to continue to develop and support our highly qualified team of consultant practitioners
  • be inspired by working in schools to improve their business management expertise and financial sustainability
  • be committed to ensuring our services meet the needs of schools, business management professionals and education leaders
