We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a working knowledge of human resource law, financial management in schools and experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams. The Governing Body welcomes applications for the key position of School Business Manager to join our Leadership Team from July/August 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter, to allow a handover with the current post-holder.
Working closely with the Governing Body and as a key adviser to the Senior Leadership Team, you will take responsibility for strategic management of our human resources, financial affairs, premises and non-class based support staff.
You must possess a proven record of financial and project management at senior management level and have demonstrable skills and abilities at implementing change at a strategic level and at sourcing revenue streams. Support to gain School Business Management qualifications will be available if necessary.
You should also have a good understanding of premises management and health and safety management.
