White Hill Schools Trust is seeking an outstanding leader and manager with ambition and determination to lead and manage the operational aspects of the Trust to support the achievement of outstanding educational outcomes for all the children in our schools.  The Chief Operating Officer will have responsibility for Finance, HR (including payroll), Premises (including health and safety) and IT and will take the lead on key projects including the expansion of the Trust.
