PINKWELL PRIMARY SCHOOL & JOHN LOCKE ACADEMY
FINANCIAL BUSINESS LEADER REQUIRED
Salary: Principal Officer C (Point 45-49)
Start Date: 22nd April 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter
Hours: 36 hours per week (40 weeks a year-39 weeks term time including INSET days + 4 weeks during the school holiday periods)
Pinkwell Primary School and John Locke Primary School part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to support the two schools with both strategic and operational financial responsibilities. The successful candidate will work as a leader within the administration teams of each school and therefore flexible working is essential for the role.
Our two schools in the Hillingdon area are seeking a professional who can grow with us and help our two schools with their varying financial and operational needs.
This role is an exciting opportunity designed to support our schools with working within a growing collaborative approach to academy business and operations, working with colleagues in HR and Facilities management as well as with Directors from The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust.
This post would be suitable for someone who has proven experience as a Business Manager within the education sector or either a qualified or trainee accountant within the public sector. Additionally, someone who can support and develop staff across schools and encourage new ways of working.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school’s budgets and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Includes Car Allowance/Travel as travel between schools is expected.
