Guilsborough Academy Trust is a charitable trust operating two schools. We are looking for a qualified Finance and Operations Director to add strategic leadership capability and provide operational management to our professional and dedicated support team.
You will ensure the school’s finances (we have a £multi-million budget) and resources are used effectively, according to best practice, and in-line with charity commission and funder guidelines. You will be an active member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, managing and providing strategic and operational leadership to the school’s support staff, leading the dedicated Finance, HR and Support teams, ensuring that the school has services that truly support its educational objectives in establishing an outstanding educational provision for our students. You will also have oversight of the Premises team and Information Technology.
As a part or fully qualified accountant we expect that you will already be working as a Finance Manager or Finance Director in industry or in an education setting.
