Lordswood Academies Trust is a charitable trust comprising of one school, Lordswood Girls’ School. We are seeking to appoint a qualified Finance and Compliance Director to add strategic leadership capability and provide financial management to our professional and dedicated finance support team. You will ensure the school’s finances and resources are used effectively, according to best practice, and in-line with charity commission and funder guidelines.
You will be an active member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, managing and providing strategic and operational leadership to the school, ensuring that the school has services that truly support its educational objectives in establishing an outstanding educational provision for our students. You will also have oversight of GDPR and premises.
As a part or fully qualified accountant we expect that you will already be working as a Finance Manager or Finance Director in industry or ideally an education setting.
