Job Grade: Point 37-40 on the Support Staff Salary Spine

Salary: £30,062.00 - £32,485.00

Hours: 37 hours - Full Time

The Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT) is seeking to appoint a Business and Operations Manager working at Priestley College.

Priestley College is looking to strengthen its Business Support team.

Reporting to the Senior Management Team the post-holder will be responsible for a number of Business Support functions across College including administration and premises.

The successful candidate must have experience of managing people and functions, and have excellent organisational skills.

Salary: Point 37-40 on the Support Staff Salary Spine (£30,062 to £32,485 per annum) dependent on skills and abilities).  A higher salary may be available for an individual who is able to take on additional areas of responsibility.

Terms:  Permanent Post | 37 hours per week | Full-Time including periods of College closure | 25 days annual leave entitlement | Local Government Pension Scheme (Cheshire Pension Fund)

Start Date: The start of the 2019-20 academic year (subject to satisfactory completion of standard pre-employment checks including a DBS check).
