FINANCE DIRECTOR REQUIRED
Salary £50,000 to £55,000 per annum (FTE) dependent upon experience/qualifications
The Hawksmoor Learning Trust is seeking an outstanding Finance Director to help us to achieve our strategic objectives.
The Finance Director is a key appointment for The Hawksmoor Learning Trust. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team you will provide strategic and professional leadership by developing and directly overseeing the finance and operations strategy across the Trust. In addition, you will offer advice, and insights to the Executive leadership team and the Board of Trustees in determining the strategic business direction of the Trust. The successful candidate will also be the Trust’s Company Secretary advising on best practice governance.
The Hawksmoor Learning Trust is a small multi-academy trust comprising three schools in the South Northants area (Towcester/ Brackley) with a strong reputation for high quality primary education. You will have proven experience, within education or other relevant public or business sector, of financial accounting; strategic leadership of a finance service; developing innovative income streams; the ability to balance the strategic and operational priorities and ensure that we deliver an organisational culture of financial compliance. You will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to promote and demonstrate our values of quality, enthusiasm and partnership and a demonstrable record of developing and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders.
