The Skinners’ Kent Academy Trust comprises a popular, non-fee paying, co-educational, all-ability primary and secondary school both housed in new state of the art learning environments. Our schools are funded by the DfE and sponsored by The Skinners’ School, a grammar school for boys together with the Skinners’ Company, one of the ‘Great Twelve’ livery companies of the City of London.
Our Trust is founded on the principles of a commitment to ensuring high standards and high aspirations, of active participation, an emotionally rich learning environment and an inclusive culture where every child is known and every learner supported.
We are proud of our successes but we are ambitious and there is so much more we want to achieve. Which is where you come in…
We are looking for a tenacious leader who can identify and shape commercial opportunities to achieve excellence across the Trust. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be instrumental in our strategic decision-making from identifying new sources of grant funding to ensuring procurement strategies are robust and offer value for money. In doing so you’ll ensure the Trust continues to flourish and create sustainable growth. To be successful you’ll need to bring a clear track record of success in finance leadership and forging new partnerships coupled with a flair for developing teams. You’ll be a creative thinker who flourishes in a collaborative environment where you can have influence and impact. Above all, like us, you’ll bring total commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for all our students, regardless of background or ability.
In return, you’ll receive the unwavering support of an inspirational Executive Principal, a committed executive team and forward-thinking governors. We offer unparalleled CPD opportunities, a dynamic professional environment where innovation and collaboration are valued and staff wellbeing an integral part of the way we work. Crucially, this role offers a genuine opportunity to impact on the lives of thousands of learners.
This is an exciting time to join us in a newly-created role. To find out more and to apply, please visit https://skinners.our-careers.co.uk or call Corrina O’Beirne or Tom Giggal at Propelo on 01273 222 877 or 01904 567 818. All applications should be submitted to: email@example.com
Close date: Monday 4th November, 10 am.
