Schools Business Manager
The Parliament Federation wishes to appoint a dynamic and innovative individual to the post of Schools Business Manager. The Parliament Federation comprises Kirton Primary School and Boston Nursery School. We are seeking to recruit a well-qualified Schools Business Manager with at least 3 years experience in a similar role (not necessarily in education). The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning aspects of the schools including: financial resource management; facility and property management; health and safety; support services and personnel administration. They will demonstrate vision, innovation and creativity, drive, interpersonal skills and personal integrity in supporting the Governors and Senior Leadership Team.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this key appointment will be critical in directing the school’s support functions to deliver effective business management to support the successful academic performance of all pupils. The successful candidate will be based at Kirton Primary School.
The position is for 37 hours per week on Grade 9 (salary £31 371 - £34 788). We would consider offering the position as either a fulltime position or as a term-time only position (ie 200 days pro rata).
