Director of Finance & Business Operations

Salary: £53,374 - £63,179 + Fringe Allowance

(Hertfordshire Senior Manager scale)

Permanent/Full time

Required for: December 2019

The successful candidate will:

  • Have leadership and management experience of academy finance (and will be Rickmansworth School’s Chief Financial Officer)
  • Play a pivotal role in our school leadership team, providing strategic vision and operational deliverance on all matters relating to finance, premises and a range of support staff functions
  • Have a wide experience of academy premises & facilities management and health & safety
  • Have excellent inter-personal skills and lead the bulk of the School’s support staff
  • Be determined to make a difference to the school community on its journey towards becoming an outstanding provider
  • Have excellent organisational, communication and ICT skills 
  • Be solution-focused
  • Work extremely well as part of a team and have a sense of humour
