This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play a central role in helping shape the vision and direction of the school over the next five to ten years. This is a crucial and significant appointment for the school. We are looking to appoint a person who has excellent inter-personal and organisational skills with high personal standards who has the ability to lead, delegate and work well under pressure.
As a member of the senior team, the role has wide-ranging aspects including significant responsibility for all aspects of Budget, Finance, Premises, Administration, HR, Commercial Lettings, Domestic Services and Health and Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of all school support staff in partnership with teaching staff, to improve their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of teaching and learning and achievement in the school.
