The school is seeking to appoint an ambitious Director of Finance with excellent leadership skills to join a highly effective and well-motivated Senior Leadership Team from September 2021.

Job Grade: £48,447-£64,204

Salary: £48,447.00 - £64,204.00

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Start Date: 01/09/2021

The Romsey School is a highly successful secondary academy in the market town of Romsey in Hampshire. 

Due to the forthcoming retirement of the current post holder the school is seeking to appoint an ambitious Director of Finance with excellent leadership skills to join a highly effective and well-motivated Senior Leadership Team from September 2021. The successful candidate will lead the school’s non-teaching functions, including being responsible for the school’s premises, HR, financial and administrative procedures and systems.
