Finance Director at Campfire Education Trust
Responsible to: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Location: Office base at Trust Headquarters, Moorland Primary School
Holiday: 30 days to be taken outside term time
Salary: Spot Point between £50,000 - £55,000 FTE depending on experience - (Not on LA terms and conditions)
As an ambitious Trust this vacancy comes at an exciting time, and the role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work with the Executive Team to take us through a phase of controlled growth. The challenge will be one of maintaining our current high standards while bringing new schools into the Trust as we seek to build to an optimum mix of schools.
We seek an experienced and highly competent Finance Director who understands the education sector, has the ability to maintain the strong financial position of the Trust and ensure we continue to meet our financial obligations and compliance requirements in line with the Academies Trust Handbook.
They will have a record of successful strategic leadership and financial management. They will be happy to be strategic and operational according to the needs of the Trust, be flexible and have the determination to succeed, along with an understanding of the need to be empathetic to the needs of our schools and their leaders.
