John Keble is a diverse primary school with more than 400 children on roll. It has a distinct Christian ethos and values and promotes the social, moral, spiritual curriculum development of all members of its community. John Keble is a happy school where children feel valued and where parents are welcomed as partners in their child's education. Be responsible for the effective management of: Administration, Day-to-Day & Wider Strategic Finance, Budget Setting & Monitoring, Management information & ICT, Human Resources, Facility & Property, Health & Safety (the latter to be shared with the Site Manager) and staff allocated to these areas of work. You will also have responsibility for marketing the school and generating additional income from external sources.

  • Degree or NVQ level 4, or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of attainment through qualification
  • School Business Manager Qualification, (CSBM) (Desirable)
  • Working at or towards the national occupational standards in business and administration (NOS)
  • Significant experience of working in an office environment at a senior level.
