An exciting opportunity has arisen to join North Oxfordshire Academy as our School Business Manager. This is an incredible opportunity to join the academy at a pivotal stage in our development to meet the changing needs as we grow and develop, as well as continuing work to integrate systems across the site.

As Business Manager you will be expected to lead, manage, and drive the following support functions: IT; Finance; Premises along with Health and Safety; Catering, both strategically and operationally. We are seeking an individual who has proven experience and the ability to plan, develop and deliver these services along with demonstrating sound financial planning and budgetary control. In this role you will need to be able to provide leadership along with professional support and advice. This role reports directly to the Principal.

The successful candidate will be highly capable, proactive, organised and enthusiastic. They must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to show their own initiative. We hope to find an individual who can embrace our vision and ethos and be able to demonstrate a real passion for improving student’s outcomes.
