We work with Academies, MATs, VA schools, Community and Independent Schools providing building surveying, cost consultancy and project management.
For over 50 years we have been supporting our schools with a wide range of building projects ranging from condition surveys, strategic maintenance planning, repairs, extensions, alterations and refurbishments through to brand new buildings.
We offer funding consultancy to help schools strategically plan capital improvements. This includes Condition Improvement Fund (CIF), LCVAP, CIL, Lottery and School Capital Funding Allocation (SCA). We have had considerable success in helping our schools secure funding and seeing projects through from inception to completion.
