As part of the training, delegates will attend three sessions:
Session 1. What is a data strategy and what is your schools’?
This webinar is designed for senior school leaders responsible for strategic thinking.
This session will cover the definition of data strategy. We will use a school’s overarching strategy and lay down the foundations of joining it up with their data assets. Define and explain what the 6 components of data strategy is. Look into the quadrant model of the use of school data. We finish with overarching steps to deliver data strategy.
Session 2. What does good look like in reporting?
This webinar is designed for school business leaders responsible for data collection and presentation.
This session will cover the importance of data messaging and what business intelligence mean on top of reporting. We will take you through a journey from reactive reporting to proactive reporting, finishing off with business intelligence.
Session 3. Understanding sentiment behind surveys
This webinar is designed for senior leadership responsible for inferring survey information.
This session will cover what sentiment analysis of surveys mean and how it can enhance other satisfaction measures. We will show the hidden value that can be extracted from free text responses that can highlight the most important topics of attention.

The webinars are delivered remotely through Teams.
If you purchase the whole series, you will be sent a document containing all of the joining instructions for the whole series before the first webinar.
If you purchase a single webinar, you will be sent joining instructions a couple of days before the webinar.

The webinars will run fortnightly on a Tuesday from 12pm for 1 hour.
