Since 2014 Luci has been the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at Cheshire Academies Trust, a growing primary MAT in the northwest. She has significant experience of senior financial leadership in both the primary and secondary sectors. Her expertise includes strategic and operational management of finance and HR and extends to the areas of facilities and estate management, governance, legal matters, H&S and data compliance. Luci leads on academy conversion for the trust and provides support to governing boards and management teams in reviewing and improving their school’s business processes.

In addition to her role as ISBL Trustee Luci is a proud governor at an outstanding school for children with complex medical, learning and physical needs. She has also been a member of her local Schools Forum since 2015.
