Why MOL?
MOL offer a range of Human Resources training solutions to support your staff in developing their skills. Our tutors provide a fresh perspective on Human Resources, and are active practitioners with experience from a variety of organisations, they will challenge your teams to problem solve and think innovatively in the workplace.
Our programmes are developed to give employees skills they can use immediately and implement in their day-to-day work. The application of learning will begin straight away with a balanced, blended workload to fit into any full-time position. The structure of our programmes also allows for them to be adapted to work alongside, or as part of, internal training and development plans to suit your needs.
Who are we?
We are part of the LTE Group – the UK’s largest social enterprise dedicated to education, training and skills with over 4,000 colleagues serving 100,000 learners every year. This includes Total People, one of the largest apprenticeships and work-based training providers in the North West of England, who we work closely with on apprenticeship delivery and standards in areas such as HR, Project Management and Management and Leadership.
Feedback from our learners has been extremely positive, particularly around our delivery methods and the flexibility of our options.
The quality of our offering is also showcased in the results our learners achieve. We are proud to have a 100% pass rate across CIPD Level 3 and Level 5, as well as the highest first-time CIPD examination pass rate of any provider at Level 7.
