Following a career in the public and private sectors, Sandy was appointed as the Business Manager at a large 4-form entry primary school in East London. In January 2018, Sandy left this position to set up her own company as a Business Management & Finance Consultant offering consultancy to schools and academies on all aspects of school business management and leadership. Sandy is also a leadership coach and mentor.

Sandy holds a Bachelor’s Degree, 2 Diplomas, a CIPFA L7 Certificate and qualifications in school business management, H&S and governance. She is the founder and chair of a local School Business Leaders’ Network and sits on several other leadership boards.
